Gerhard Grunwald is a prominent robotics researcher whose career spans human-robot interaction, lightweight robot systems, visual servoing, and space robotics. Based at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics, he has made enduring contributions to some of the field's most transformative technologies.
