About
Chie Takahashi is a pioneering researcher at the intersection of human-robot interaction, haptic perception, and extreme environment robotics. Her work fundamentally addresses how humans and robots can collaborate effectively in high-stakes settings, particularly nuclear decommissioning—a domain where traditional teleoperation has proven inadequate.
