In Deuk Seo is a beamline scientist and structural biologist at the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory (PAL), where his work centers on macromolecular crystallography and the development of advanced synchrotron radiation instrumentation. His primary research focus is the design, construction, and optimization of high-performance beamlines for protein structure determination, particularly for challenging micrometre-sized crystals.
