About
Lihang Feng is a robotics researcher whose work centers on planetary exploration, wheel–terrain interaction (WTI), and sensor design for extraterrestrial rovers. A key contribution is the development of an instrumented wheel (IW) for the wheel-on-limb system, enabling precise measurement of forces between rover wheels and sandy terrains—critical for improving traversability on other planets.
