About
Reza Nemovi is a pioneering roboticist whose work sits at the intersection of bio-inspired design and multi-modal locomotion, pushing the boundaries of how robots move through complex environments. His research centers on developing morphobots—robots capable of dynamically reconfiguring their appendages and locomotion strategies to traverse ground, air, and walls with unprecedented plasticity. Nemovi’s most influential contribution is the Multi-Modal Mobility Morphobot (M4), a highly cited work (136 citations) that draws inspiration from birds like Chukars and Hoatzins, which repurpose wings for quadrupedal walking.
