Paolo Guria is a leading roboticist whose work bridges the gap between high-power manipulation and resilient mobility for extreme environments. His primary research areas center on hybrid locomotion systems, disaster-response robotics, and space-based manipulators. Guria’s most significant contribution is the development of the **CENTAURO platform**, a hybrid wheeled-legged robot designed for high-payload, harsh physical interaction tasks.
