Mauricio Camilo is a pioneering roboticist specializing in autonomous underwater systems for deep-sea exploration. His research focuses on developing innovative hybrid vehicles that combine the stability of traditional seafloor landers with the mobility of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs).
