M. A. George is a robotics researcher whose work centers on developing robust systems for navigation and manipulation in extreme, GPS-denied environments. His most significant contribution is the creation of CHIMP (CMU Highly Intelligent Mobile Platform), a humanoid robot designed for complex disaster response.
