About
Marcello Cirillo is a robotics researcher whose work spans human-aware planning, autonomous vehicle navigation, and mobile robot sensing. He is perhaps best known for pioneering frameworks that enable robots to plan their activities in spaces shared with humans — a challenge as intuitive as teaching a cleaning robot to stay out of the bedroom while someone is dressing.
