Yusuf Abdullahi Adamu is a pioneering researcher at the forefront of soft robotics, bioinspired systems, and marine exploration. His work fundamentally addresses the challenge of giving soft, deformable robots the ability to sense themselves and their environment—a field known as proprioception.
