Yongqiang Qian is a rising leader in the field of soft robotics and smart materials, with a focus on developing multi-functional actuators for amphibious and camouflaging applications. His research centers on integrating MXene and carbon nanotube composites with responsive polymers to create actuators that not only move but also sense and store energy.
