About
Yahui Su is a rising innovator in the fields of bioinspired surface engineering, microfluidics, and flexible electronics. Her research focuses on designing smart interfaces that dynamically control the movement of liquids and bubbles, as well as developing advanced tactile sensors for next-generation robotics and wearable technology. Su’s major contributions include the invention of a slippery lubricant-infused anisotropic microgrooved surface that enables in situ tuning of underwater bubble movement via unidirectional mechanical strain—a breakthrough for industrial gas management and biomedical applications.
