Migara H. Liyanage is a robotics researcher specializing in high-speed industrial manipulators, hydraulic actuation, and bio-inspired locomotion. His most significant contributions center on the design and control of Selective Compliant Assembly Robotic Arm (SCARA) systems for demanding food processing applications, particularly poultry deboning.
