About

M. Kabasawa is a pioneering robotics researcher whose work bridges legged locomotion and auditory perception for mobile robots. His most significant contribution is the design and development of the JROB-1, a self-contained legged robot research platform created through a Japanese inter-university program on intelligent robotics.
