About
Xu Kang is a pioneering roboticist whose work focuses on the design and control of hybrid locomotion systems, particularly wheeled-legged robots capable of navigating complex terrains. His most notable contribution is the invention of a parallel electric six-wheeled-foot robot based on a specially-shaped Stewart platform, which seamlessly integrates the advantages of wheeled and legged mobility.
