About
R.W. Uhrich is a pioneering researcher in autonomous underwater vehicle (UUV) systems, with a career rooted in naval research and ocean engineering. Working within the Ocean Engineering Division at the Naval Command Control and Ocean Surveillance Center RDT&E Division (NRaD), Uhrich made significant contributions to the development and real-world deployment of untethered, supervisory controlled underwater robotic systems.
