About

Matthew Collins is a roboticist whose work spans the frontiers of multi-robot coordination, autonomous aerial navigation, and novel locomotion for extreme environments. His research addresses the fundamental challenge of enabling robots to plan and act intelligently in real-time, whether they are performing on a theatrical stage or navigating a cluttered, unknown landscape.
