About
M. Frietsch is a pioneering roboticist whose research centers on aerial manipulation and intelligent control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Their most influential contribution, the 2010 paper "Semi-autonomous flying robot for physical interaction with environment" (129 citations), introduced a groundbreaking concept: a UAV capable of applying force to a wall while maintaining stable flight.
