Suyi Li is a mechanical engineer and roboticist whose research sits at the vibrant intersection of origami-inspired mechanics, soft robotics, and biologically inspired design. Drawing on principles from nature and ancient paper-folding traditions, Li has made foundational contributions to the development of multistable mechanical metamaterials, reconfigurable robotic systems, and adaptive structures.
