Keshav Chintamani is a robotics researcher whose work spans two interconnected domains: teleoperation interfaces and search-and-rescue robotics. He has made significant contributions to improving human-robot interaction, particularly in challenging operational environments where precision and situational awareness are critical. Chintamani's early research focused on augmented reality (AR) cues to enhance teleoperator performance, addressing a persistent problem in remote robotics — display-control misalignment.
