About
Jinxiu Guo is a rising leader in the field of medical robotics and haptic sensing, whose work is fundamentally reshaping how robots interact with delicate biological tissues. Her research centers on three key areas: fiber Bragg grating (FBG) based force sensing, haptic device design, and closed-loop control for surgical interventions.
