Erik Poloni is a rising leader in bio-inspired soft robotics and multifunctional composite materials, whose work bridges mechanics, magnetism, and adaptive surfaces. His research focuses on developing active, responsive materials that mimic biological systems to achieve unprecedented control over fluid transport, structural color, and tactile sensing.
