Dr. Ben Bin Xu is a leading researcher at the intersection of soft materials, wearable electronics, and human–machine interfaces (HMIs). His work pioneers the development of advanced functional materials—from ionic hydrogels and graphene aerogels to smart yarns—that enable unprecedented levels of stretchability, transparency, and self-adhesion for next-generation sensing technologies.
