Anja Hiebsch is an atmospheric scientist whose research focuses on the vertical profiling of aerosol particles, with a particular emphasis on mineral dust and volcanic ash. Her major contributions lie in the development and application of combined lidar-photometer methods to characterize aerosol properties in the atmosphere.
