About
Ziauddin Ahmad is a leading figure in ocean color remote sensing, whose work has fundamentally advanced the retrieval of atmospheric and oceanic optical properties from satellite sensors. His primary research areas include atmospheric correction algorithms, aerosol modeling, and hyperspectral ocean color retrieval, with a focus on improving data accuracy over both coastal regions and open oceans.
