About
Yupeng Hao is a rising force in surgical robotics, specializing in haptic feedback and force-sensing technologies for minimally invasive procedures. His research centers on developing high-precision fiber Bragg grating (FBG)-based sensors to restore the sense of touch in robot-assisted surgery—a critical missing element in current systems.
