About
Youn-Kyoung Baek is a rising leader in soft robotics and advanced functional materials, whose work is redefining how machines perceive and interact with the world. Her research centers on the material-level integration of actuation and sensing, with a particular focus on magnetoelastic and triboelectric mechanisms for next-generation human–machine interfaces.
