Dr. Yinben Guo is a leading innovator in the field of self-powered, multifunctional electronic skin and wearable sensing technology. Her research focuses on developing advanced triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) and flexible mechanical sensors for human-machine interfaces and health monitoring. Dr. Guo’s most impactful contribution is the creation of a highly sensitive, self-powered pressure and strain sensor based on a crumpled MXene film, which enables wireless human motion detection—a paper that has garnered 167 citations for its breakthrough in combining high sensitivity with energy autonomy.
