Weili Liu is a pioneering researcher in evolutionary robotics and self-reconfigurable modular systems. Her work focuses on developing autonomous robotic platforms capable of on-line and on-board artificial evolution, enabling robots to adapt and reconfigure their morphology in real-time without human intervention.
