Shubham Srivastav is a rising star in time-domain astrophysics, specializing in the discovery and characterization of transient cosmic events. His primary research focuses on robotic telescope operations, supernova photometry and spectroscopy, and the rapid follow-up of astrophysical transients. As a key contributor to the GROWTH-India Telescope (GIT)—India’s first robotic eye for time-domain studies—Srivastav helped establish a 70 cm wide-field facility that enables real-time monitoring of explosive phenomena.
