About
Ricardo Palomares is a prominent Peruvian mechatronics and robotics researcher whose work spans surgical robotics, industrial automation, agricultural robotics, and public health technology. Based at Ricardo Palma University and affiliated with the Center for Space Emerging Technologies (C-SET), Palomares has established himself as a leading voice in Latin American robotics, co-authoring the region's first comprehensive survey of mechatronic technologies for advanced automation, which has already garnered 54 citations since 2023.
