About
Qin Xiong is a pioneering researcher at the intersection of soft matter physics and robotic perception, whose work spans from liquid metal engineering to autonomous sensing systems. His most impactful contribution, the development of magnetically controllable liquid metal marbles (2019, 69 citations), introduced a novel approach to handling gallium-based liquid metal alloys—materials prized for their fluidity and conductivity but plagued by stickiness.
