About
Henriette Gebauer is a leading atmospheric scientist whose research focuses on Arctic aerosol–cloud interactions, particularly the vertical distribution and microphysical properties of aerosols in the polar boundary layer and free troposphere. Her most influential work stems from the MOSAiC expedition, the largest Arctic field campaign ever conducted, where she led groundbreaking measurements of light-extinction, cloud condensation nuclei (CCN), and ice-nucleating particles (INP) from the surface to the tropopause.
