About
Dehao Duanmu is a leading researcher at the intersection of soft robotics, rehabilitation engineering, and brain-computer interfaces (BCI). His work focuses on developing safe, biomimetic wearable robots for post-stroke and motor-disability rehabilitation. Duanmu’s most impactful contribution is the design of an SSVEP-based BCI-controlled soft robotic glove for hand function recovery (101 citations), which integrates neural control with compliant actuation to enhance neuroplasticity.
