Chung-Hao Chen is a multidisciplinary researcher whose work spans autonomous robotics, computer vision, motion planning, and applied technology for human development. Best known for his contributions to mobile robotics, Chen pioneered systems capable of tracking moving objects while dynamically avoiding obstacles in real time, work that earned him recognition across multiple publications and accumulated over 30 citations in the field.
