About
Torgrim Tandstad is a leading figure in testicular cancer research, with a focus on reducing long-term treatment toxicity for patients with low-volume metastatic seminoma. As a key member of the Swedish Norwegian Testicular Cancer Group (SWENOTECA), his work has pioneered the use of primary retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND) as an alternative to standard chemotherapy or radiotherapy for stage IIA–IIC seminoma.
