Subrata Chattopadhyay is a robotics researcher focused on the intersection of mechanical design, sensor technology, and bio-inspired systems. In his 2020 study on the simulation of a two-link manipulator, Chattopadhyay employed the Newton-Euler method to derive and solve the dynamic equations governing a 2-DOF robot arm with revolute joints, providing a foundational framework for understanding torque relationships in robotic motion.
