Bih-Yaw Shih is a Taiwanese researcher whose published work spans intelligent robotics, artificial intelligence applications, wireless networking, RFID systems, and educational technology. His research portfolio reflects an interest in bridging computational intelligence with practical systems, including autonomous biped robots, AI-driven sales forecasting for the convenience store industry, and IEEE 802.15.4 wireless network enhancements.
