Zhong-Zhen Yu is a distinguished materials scientist whose research sits at the dynamic intersection of smart materials, wearable electronics, and soft robotics. His work centers on developing multifunctional composites based on cutting-edge nanomaterials — particularly MXenes, graphene, and cellulose nanofibers — engineered for applications in human-machine interaction, healthcare monitoring, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding.
