Soo-Young Park is a materials scientist whose research sits at the dynamic intersection of liquid crystal elastomers (LCEs), stimuli-responsive polymers, and soft actuator technology. Park's work has made significant contributions to the design and engineering of advanced smart materials capable of responding to light, mechanical force, and heat with programmable, reversible actuation behavior.
