Preeta Pratakshya is a rising star in the field of bio-inspired materials and adaptive photonics, whose work bridges chemistry, materials science, and soft robotics. Her research centers on developing multifunctional platforms that can dynamically modulate color and appearance—drawing inspiration from cephalopod biology to create next-generation systems for displays, camouflage, anti-counterfeiting, and biomedical imaging.
