Miltiadis Zisimopoulos is a pioneering figure in space robotics, best known for leading the development of Greece’s first planetary exploration rover. His key research areas encompass autonomous systems, robotic design for extreme environments, and space mission simulation. As the leader of Beyond Robotics, the first Greek student team to build a space rover, Zisimopoulos spearheaded the design and implementation of *Talos*, a vehicle engineered for Mars simulant terrains.
