Mariano Andrenucci is a pioneering figure in space propulsion and robotics, whose work bridges the gap between dexterous manipulation and advanced electric propulsion systems. His early research established foundational techniques in sensor-based fine telemanipulation for space robotics, addressing the complex control of multifingered hands for precise force application and micro-movements—a critical challenge for orbital servicing and assembly.
