Jiuyang Zhang is a leading innovator in the field of soft materials, with a research focus on liquid metals, self-healing hydrogels, and functional polymer composites for next-generation flexible electronics. His work centers on engineering materials that combine mechanical toughness, electrical conductivity, and dynamic responsiveness—key properties for applications in wearable sensors, soft robotics, and smart actuators.
