About

Jacobus Burggraaf is a pioneering clinical pharmacologist and surgeon-scientist whose work centers on intraoperative fluorescence imaging to improve surgical precision and patient outcomes. His research focuses on developing and validating near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence-guided surgery, particularly using indocyanine green (ICG), to address critical challenges in colorectal and urologic oncology.
