About
Hsuan-Kuan Huang is a pioneering roboticist whose work bridges industrial automation and human-robot interaction. His research centers on dual-robot manufacturing systems, nonholonomic mobile robot control, and socially assistive robotics. Huang’s most influential contribution is the development of a dual-robot workcell for rapid and flexible prototyping, detailed in his 2003 paper (39 citations), which demonstrated how two six-axis industrial robots with flexible tool changers, integrated with CAD/CAM and simulation packages, could dramatically accelerate prototype production.
