Hamid Reza Moballegh is a pioneering researcher in bio-inspired robotics and autonomous mobile systems, with a particular focus on biomimetic communication and multi-sensor localization. His most celebrated contribution is the design and development of a robotic honeybee that mimics the intricate dance communication of real honeybees—a breakthrough that required high-speed video tracking to extract and replicate natural dance trajectories.
