Dario Mangoni is a researcher at the forefront of computational mechanics, multibody dynamics, and robotics, whose work bridges the gap between high-fidelity simulation and intelligent autonomous control. His most impactful contribution is the development of a deformable soil model based on triangular meshes with vertical deformation, inspired by the soil contact model (SCM).
