About
Cristina Stoica is a leading researcher in multi-vehicle systems, control engineering, and aerial robotics, with a strong focus on estimation, localization, and educational innovation. Her major contributions include pioneering work on distributed moving horizon estimation (DMHE) for multi-vehicle localization over sensor networks with sporadic measurements, a technique that efficiently exploits environmental constraints to improve accuracy in real-world applications.
