About
C. Bonatto is a leading figure in large-scale astronomical surveys, with a primary focus on the Southern Photometric Local Universe Survey (S-PLUS). Their major contribution lies in the design, execution, and data release of this ambitious project, which is imaging approximately 9,300 square degrees of the southern celestial hemisphere using a unique set of 12 optical filters—seven narrow and five broad bands.
